  Not a good experience. First off, they can not even open on time. Then they talk to you like your stupid. Look I understand insurance changes all the time, all that was needed to be said to me was that I realize that in the past you were able to get ________; however, things have changed. Here are all the things that have changed. How may I assist you in getting this item for yourself or pt? Also, if you don't accept an insurance, just say that your company does not accept ________ insurance, don't make it seem like all DME stores will not accept the insurance b/c I know better.
